Gameplay Rules

1. On Ball Defense at all times unless quickly switching to defend a pick and roll or to play help defense. Only fastbreak if you: Get a Steal Get a Block Get a Rebound with your Point Guard Have Less than 10 seconds remaining in the quarter or shot clock Have 59 seconds or less in the 4th quarter or Overtime ​Do not cut to the basket on an inbounds pass if you have more than 10 seconds remaining on the shot clock, that counts as an illegal fastbreak

• You can play someone in their primary or secondary position, no exceptions

• No Rage Quitting, its not fair on your opponents
